Shipping policy
We utilize FedEx, USPS, and UPS as our primary shipping carriers, but your package may be sent using an alternate shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of purchasing, please send an email to chris@resiliencephotography.com.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping times are estimates. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. There can occasionally be shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control. Your order may ship in separate packages.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact the shipping carrier for further information. You may also contact us at chris@resiliencephotography.com and we can attempt to intervene on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the postal services. It is the responsibility of the postal carrier to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
